if you are intending to apply as an FSW - federal skilled worker, there is a forum for that on this site as well which may help you more than the current forum you are in now. However if your intention is to apply under the family category, which means you have family members in canada, your family member will need to initiate the process. the country specific forms can be obtained online or on request from cic ditto for FSW. goodluck
