H1 Extension & AINP

Hi All,

I am in US on H1b Visa.My Visa & I-94 expired recentaly.

My employer had applied for H1B extension.

I am planning to apply for AINP.

Can i apply it now?

Or

should i wait till i get my extension approved?

Did you receive anything from US immigration that shows you have applied for H1B extension? If yes then send AINP a notarized copy of that along with your application.

That's just my opinion, don't count on it.
