It says that "If you achieve or exceed these registration scores, you will receive a guaranteed invitation to apply in the next draw for your category. Invitations to apply may be issued for scores lower than these minimums. Guaranteed invitation scores are subject to change." I my case I have 81 points an the last draw was 85. This means that I still have a chance?
