Got PGP invitation but Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) not met.plz guide

Hi to all forum members and moderators,
I got Invitation email last week under Parent Grandparent sponshorship as per second round of Sep 2017. i want my father to join us here (1 FAMILY MEMBER ONLY).

While checking the eligbilty i came to realise that my income for year 2014 is short by 1k and 2015 by 4k.
Also i was single in 2014 and got married in Mar 2015. Wife joined me here in 2016. i am fine with 2016 requirement as we both were working in 2016.

I am still confuse if i am eligible or not. Is it a good idea to apply or not??4

It does not matter when you were single. All that matters is you are married at the time of submitting your PGP. Since you were married at the time, your income must meet the requirement of 3 people. You, your spouse and your father, assuming, no children, your mother is no longer alive or your father is divorced. Right now you are no longer eligible to sponsor your father. If you do go ahead, your application will be rejected later in the processing when CIC discovers that you did not meet the minimum annual income requirement in the first place. My advice is to not bother apply and re-apply for PGP when you and your spouse actually meet the income requirements.
