What to do further? (Wait for AOR (Acknowledgement of Reciept) from CIO, NS.)Pleas advise accordingly.

1. Since 4142 isn't in the "list of 38" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp If they applied under FSW1, then they should expect a refusal from CIO Sydney.
