I want to send e mail to chc. But I have to mention my file number and I don't know what is my file number? Plzz tell me

You will get your file number from CHC when they reply to your email. Their reply email has your file number mentioned. While mailing them you must include the following:bilal482 said:
file number, if available
full name (surname, given names)
date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
FOSS number or client ID number in our office, if you know it
mailing address
e-mail address, if you agree to e-mail communication
telephone and fax number, including area code (example: 101-6532-3236)

FOSS is the In Canada system for tracking individuals. The FOSS ID# is also known as the Client ID# and is eight digits in length.bilal482 said:
