My spouse was accused in a fraud case and got booked under ipc 354 last year. It has been a very painful and exhausting journey for us. There was no conviction, no trial, however a brief sentence was served in jail. We wish to move to Canada to start a new life. We have moved to high court appeal for quashing of this FIR.
