I'm just stuck filling out the form IMM5406. I would appreciate if you kindly help me out on the following queries:
1. Can I complete form by typing, or I must have to printout the blank one and complete by hand writting?
2. If I must have to complete with a pen, then the space for each section is limited for both in English and my native language.
What are the solution, please.
