Here is a question that I didn't find a definitive answer for. I work in IT, I have a job offer to work remotely 100% of the time. I live on reserve in Canada, currently if you work on reserve and are First Nations you don't pay income tax. So my question is if I work on reserve in Canada for a US company how do I handle the income tax situation. I'd love to hear your advice and answers. I'd like to have all the info I can gather to present to my future employer.
