FAO 2008 Applicants

Hi,

Has anyone of you (2008 applicants) asked the reason to London CHC for the delay in processing of their case?

What could be the reason that 2009 applicants are being given priority over 2008 applicants?

Any inputs ?

Brother,

If it is post Feb 2008, u r at par with 2009 applicants. But if ur filing was pre Feb 2008, u r treated as the 'old case', then u'll will take the older processing time as well (3-4 yrs).

Else, send an email to London for an update. 99% they would reply within 2-7 days.

In that case Brother, ur file is truly yet under review, aka Background checks. Why the delay then? It depends upon case to case basis.

Morover, the real 'fast track' system began after Nov 2008, with the 38 list. Thus, once again, if you are post Nov 2008, send an email to London immediately. There is no short changing to that. Don't delay the mail.

me also feeling same like you.
Applied in May2008.
After all processings submitted my PCC(for KSA) RPR fee and Followed by medicals in July.
and whenever i mail London office receiving same copy past answer that
"Your application is under Normal Background checks"
and i received this answer more than 10 times.
so now waiting for their answer.
I don't now that what are these background checks and if some one has been approved for
Medicals and RPRF then why do they need this.
