Hey Lola, what did you include under “Identity and Civil documents”. I’m wondering if these documents are for the anchor or the principal applicant and their dependents. Thanks in advance!

Hi Fernanda, I included passports for applicants and anchor (drivers for ID as well), and birth certificates for dependents on this section.

Apparently no, I guess you could prepare in advance and have it ready for when they return it to you and re submit asap when they request it.

If you are from Colombia, you need to make the request to Omnitempus or G4S and they send an email confirmation. That is what you use to upload in the Police Certificate part.
