I would like to understand the requirements related to experience letter issued by previous/current employers.
So if someone can explain that in detail as to what all has to be mentioned in it - that would be a great help.
Also, is the date of issue of experience letter given any weightage - viz. I worked for a company 5 years back, but my exp letter is current dated - will that be OK?
