ESL as English Language Requirement

Hello,

My wife is applying for a canadian citizenship. She completed all 5 levels of ESL at our local university here in Canada. Is it enough for English language requirement?

Did she does this in Ontario? If yes, then it should work

If this was part of the provincial ESL classes (ie she didn't pay for them or only paid a nominal fee) or Federal LINC then yeah it can be used. If they are university credit courses then possibly not. I would call the call centre and double check with specific info about the course your wife took.
