I was hired on a job on June 14, 2021 as an associate for 1 year and 1 month until i was promoted. both positions are the exact same but the company kinda want you to start as an associate to see how you are going to progress, but basically its the exact same duties and responsibilities. even the same title name but with an associate at the beggining. I am worried this will cause issue as ircc may see it as two separate jobs, do you think it will be an issue? i asked HR to explain this in the letter of employment that i initially started as an associate then i was promoted but i still had the same duties and noc code
