Employer not providing Reference Letter - Alternate options?

Hi,

To start with I am immensely thankful to the community on this forum for the guidance it provided me since last four months of reading posts here. Now here's my trouble:

So far I have got my ITA under FSW. But now my employer is being adamant to not provide a reference letter in the specific format I requested. (I am still trying hard to get the reason for it on mail, to present it with my application).

Hence I am now exploring what other options I have to present my application, I have below with me :

1. Employment letter. (without duties)
2. Promotion letters (with roles but no duties)
3. Transfer letters. (within India and to deputation to UK, with dates)
4. Payslips (Dec-2013 - Present)
5. Bank Statements (from 2011-Dec2013)
6. Income Tax records.
7. Awards granted.

Can someone with experience please guide me here, will the above be sufficient to satisfy IRCC about my employment? Additionally, I have read that I can include an affidavit stating my roles/duties/work hours and get it notorised. What would the best approach be? And what else can be attached to make the case stronger.

I will be truly grateful for all the responses and help here. Many thanks.

Hi,

No one provides the required documents in CIC format.

Please attach Offer, Appointment, Increment letter and Experience letters. This should be enough.
