I don't know if there is an emergency visa in Canada. But visa applications are done outside Canada. There are some US Consulate Offices that can process a visitor visa application in a day but I am not sure if it also works for a work visa. Try calling CIC on what possible actions you can take to facilitate obtaining your visa.
