EE country of residence - on vacation

Hi,

I am about to submit my EE profile, and I am currently in Canada on a PGWP but I am not working yet. During couple of days, I will be traveling to my home country for a vacation for not less than 2-3 months (The last time I was in home country was about 1 year 4 months ago).

My question is should I submit my EE profile with Canada as the country of residence before I travel home, or should I wait and submit it from my country and have it as my country of residence?

I am also concerned about traveling home after receiving ITA. I am expecting to recieve ITA in the next draw and I will be traveling for vacation early next month. Should I change my country of residence? should I do the medical from my country and get the police certificate from there?
