Educational documents asssessment

Hi, I am looking for evaluating my educational certificates for canadian equivalency. But I sent my degree certificates to WES at Newyork, USA and WES received my documents..
My university has just prepared the transcript in sealed envelope and asked me to send by myself. Just I noticed that Academic request form specifies "canada address" to send the sealed envelope. Now some of my documents are with USA address...If I send these to Canada will they be co-ordinated for the further processing. I am confused.

Also I noticed, the request form that my university people and me signed and sealed is the one with USA address at the bottom page.

It seems they have same "Academic request" form for both "USA" and "Canada" with "only" difference in the address at the page bottom !

am confused whether Do I need to get the form signed with the one having canada address ! again....
