If I add up to 15 year of education including 3 year of BA degree do I attain 20 points or 22. I am confused. Can some please clear this for me

Example: 2. If an applicant has a four-year bachelor’s degree and 16 years of education, an officer
would award 20 points, as a single two, three, or four-year university credential at the bachelor’s level,
combined with at least 14 years of full-time study, is worth 20 points;

the key phrase is 'AND AT LEAST'. It implies a minimum. So having more years doesn't help unless your qualifications also increase.

its either 22 or 25, i am not sure because B.Ed isnt a prerequisite for the masters.

Number of years for education includes elementary or primary school.
