Hi,

I have relative she wants to know exactly her education points.

She has 3 years BSc honors degree along with one Year Masters degree followed by One year B.ED dgree.
total years of education is 17.

Nope, 22. You require 17 years of study for the Masters, you don't count the 1 year for the B'ed so 16 years of study. Also s/he has 2 degrees at the Bachelor level which would be counted as 22.
