ECA Report pending

Hello...can anyone suggest that I had applied to IQAS on 22 October 2018, a query has been raised by IQAS on 14/02/19 that waiting for transcripts, I again send my transcripts through University which was received by IQAS office on 25/02/19. But I had not get my transcripts till date as already 6 months has passed.. Please suggest what should I do for that, I had submitted many times contact form in IQAS website but no response is received.
