I have an international baccalaureate (IB) diploma from Canada and a Bachelor degree from the US. I wonder if that would be considered:
"Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute" and reward 120 points
or
"Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" and reward 128 points?
The IB program is a 2-year diploma program start from ~17 years old. Would that be considered a post secondary in CIC ranking?
