I plan to immigrate to Canada under CEC with my dependant. The other parent is staying outside of Canada and agrees to sign his permission for the dependant. Apparently, this form can be witnessed in other country and in other language.
Would anyone know if I should get a translation of witness's signature&stamp which would be in form IMM5604? Or should I get any other document supported this permission?
