Do I have to give biometrics & medical test again when applying for CEC while on CWP?

Background:
Male, 35 years old, Married, Masters Degree
1 year Canadian Experience, 5 years USA experience, 6 years home country experience (India) (Total: 12 years of experience)
TEER 1, Software Engineer
Currently on Closed Work Permit LMIA Exempt (ICT) in British Columbia, expiring in Dec 2024.
I've completed the ECA through WES for myself & wife.
We've also scheduled IELTS exam.
Currently BC resident until Dec 2024 when Closed Work Permit expires.

From what I've understood, the PR application process is:
IELTS -> ECA -> EE profile creation & submission -> ITA -> document submission -> PR

When applying for Closed Work Permit from USA, I had already given my biometrics and medical test (Nov 2022) which I believe are valid for 2 years upto Nov 2024. So will I be expected to give biometrics & medical test again when submitting under CEC?

You will have to give biometrics again even though it is still valid.
For medical, it depends on the officer, they may or may not ask for new medical test.
