I have been waiting on my first PR card for almost 10 months now. I feel like I'm in limbo and can't even get my car license renewed because they have been asking for the PR card. I have been trying many things now, including sending Web forms, and trying to call IRCC directly, and even sent out a Solemn Declaration but nothing is working. I'm very frustrated and cant figure out to do next.
Is there anyone who is in the same boat as I am? Or maybe someone had already went through the same hell and finally got a PR card? I would love to hear your experience, or maybe if you could share some advice I will gladly take it.
I'm thinking of applying for the card again, but dont know if it will worsen the situation I'm already in. I cant wait for another 10 months since I want to travel back home sometime next year to visit my grandparents.
