Does anyone know how long is BLS Brampton is currently taking to dispatch documents via courier. My surrender certificate application is showing the status of 'Ready for Dispatch' since last 10 days but there is no movement. I have tried to call, fill out grievance for and send email to the level 3 escalation as well, but I have hit a dead-end.. can anyone please help and provide a direction on how get things moving? Any help on this is appreciated. Regards.
