Bit confused as we had the CSQ package returned because the letter confirming the "parrainage est recevable" was supposedly missing.
The letter I included was the one with the UCI top left, bar code and has the sentence "We are pleased to inform you that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor". It does also say that Schedule A background forms are pending but I don't think that affects the validity of the sponsor's status of eligibility.
Was this not the letter we were supposed to include? If not, what should have been included? Is it possible they missed the included letter?
