Convocation Mandatory or not to apply for WES

Dear All,

I would like to know it is mandatory to have convocation to apply for WES.

I already got CMM,PC and Individual Mark Sheets from University and all are Sealed from JNTU Hyderabad India.

Will this be enough. Can any senior member reply, So that i can proceed to submit my documents to WES .

Dear ,

I have completed BTech from india JNTU. They have gave me sealed envelop . In that sealed envelop they have given me individual Marks memo,PCC and CMM but they did not gave me convocation degree. My question is , It is Mandatory to have Convocation degree or not . Apart from this i am sending my Master degree from Australia which is completely sealed. Can any one inform me about this issue, If I send Documents to WES will they make any problem or not
