Citizenship test - provincial questions?

Hi, this was answered in the past but wanted to get the latest update on this: do I need to learn details about other provinces, especially about who holds what post? ex. do I need to learn who is the premier of PEI etc.
My search through old posts seems to suggest the answer is 'no'
What about geographical details? Is it enough to focus on my province only?

Who holds what post keeps changing so people ask it to be ignored but always good to know about your province. But geographical things remain the same. As it's Canadian citizenship test concentrating on province won't help get a good score.
