Hi Guys, i also got the same email from WES mentioning CIC is not the recipient of my ECA report on 21st August then I paid 50 CAD $ in addition of 130 CAD $ initial payment. Actually i had paid initial amount last year in 2013. That time i think WES did not have link to add cic as a recipient. so ultimetely i have paid 180 bucks in total. This year WES people giving both physical and electronic copy viewable by CIC in just 84 bucks. This is really unfair. i really could not understand this!! Moreover I faced backlog last year due to caps got full (last year CIO had sent my app package after 4 months!!!!) and this year this WES people making delay in my PER!! i am really worried now whether i will get my PER this year as it is already 4 months passed since my application was received by CIO. Has anybody having the same case got PER??
