CEC through Express Entry

We will see. For the time being, it looks like an "Invitation to Apply" will be required for CEC (or FSW, etc). This invitation comes through Express Entry. If there is no possibility for unsolicited applications, then effectively there is no 'slow track'.

Well it'll be slow for those who don't get invited. They'll remain in the Express Entry pool forever :-X

No, the profiles on EE that do not get ITA, will be removed from the pool after 1 year, but they have the option of re-entering their profile again
