Hi everyone,

I got invited from EE - category-based for STEM, thanks to my previous working experience in my home country. However, in the past year, I’ve been working under LMIA with a different NOC in Canada. Only with the LMIA, I met the CRS cut-off. My question is:

My LMIA does not relate to STEM, will it be ok or it could be a problem?

P.S. I didn’t apply for closed work permit for this LMIA

If you have accumulated, within the past 3 years, at least 6 months of full-time, continuous work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work experience) in STEM, they you are good to go.

Hi TPhan, I have the same question, have you submitted the documents, did you meet any problem?
