Canadian college enrolment

My name is Simarjeet singh Sidhu
I am permanent resident of Canada and I need to get enrolled in humber college
For Canadian permanent resident you have to apply through Ontario colleges
And they want me to evaluate my study
And I did 12th standard from CBSE board from India
Can somebody help me how can I get enroll in the college
