My boyfriend got the invitation to apply today. I just have a quick question in case someone here has been on this situation before.
His pgwp work permit expires in May 2018 due to passport expiry. He has already sent in his application to extend the permit. Now he is going to apply for PR though express entry. I am wondering if he can still also apply for bridging open work permit while the application to extend pgwp is in progress. I am just worried on case his extension application gets denied for some reason so he can have bridging work permit to fall back on.
