Hello, Here is my situation.
I submitted my PR application (Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage) on August 23, 2023 and then I also submitted a BOWP application on October 14, 2023. In the meantime, my PGWP was expired on December 10, 2023. There has been no update on my BOWP application for 125 days. Currently, the average work permit processing time is 101 days. When I call IRCC, they say that there is no noticeable problem with the application, but the officer is still working on the file. I'm wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation.
