On some of my documents, my middle name was used as first name and my first name was used as middle name. The reason for this was because I never had access to my birth certificate and since I was young my parents have always adressed me by my middle name and I have always assumed that was my first name. Until a couple of years ago, I had access to my birth certificate and discovered that my first name was the one I have been using as middle name. And since then, I have been using my first name as first name. Also, the name on my passport corresponds to one on my birth certificate. My surname have always been the same.
Moreover, the first and middle names of my parents on my birth certificate is not what they currently use, though the family name remains the same.
How do u think I should sort this problem with the VO?
