Before 2 years, Can we submit CEC file?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone having experience or having knowledge to submit PR file in CEC category before 2 years? Or you did it in past, could you please share your experiences whether Canadian Immigration officer will ready to accept PR file or not.

You mean you are in foreign worker stream and you want to submit the application before you accumulate 2 years of full time work experience?

I don't think they will approve your case. At the moment the length is still 2 years for foreign workers and they won't count work experience after the date you submitted your application. I've seen people got rejected because they wanted to join the queue earlier and save some waiting time.

Hi Tejas.....r u applying under the grad category or the foreign worker category???

if you r under the grad category, you require 1 year or equivalent to 1 year

But if you r under foreign worker, you HAVE to work for 2 years or equivalent to 2 years.

if your std work week is 37.5 hours, then in 2 years (104 weeks ) you should have 3900 hours of work put in (including paid vacations and stat holidays)

if your std work week is 45 hours, you still have to work 2 years before you apply. you CANNOT apply in 20 months. They will reject it. Please see previous posts of many applicants who have been refused on this basis. Your application should reach them after 2 years has passed.

If your std work week is 35 hours then you have to work for 112 weeks ( 2 years and 2 months approx) before you can apply.

Please be very careful....ask, ask and confirm again.
