BC PNP information needed

My husband and i are looking to immigrate to BC. He is a Nurse Aid currently but he has a Rn degree from a fench caribbean country and just recieved is LPN certification in USA. Will he be qualified to apply under the BC PNP? Also what are some sites where he can confirm a job?

If he confirms a job what exactly is the process from there?

Would he be able to put his wife on te application?

How long does this process normally takes after job confirmation?
