I am planning to lodge Express Entry file soon but not clear about one thing.
My actual summary-
Apr 1998 - Apr 2001 --- completed Bachelor of Commerce
Oct 2002 - Jan 2005 --- on work permit to Dubai (visa stamp as Cashier)
Mar 2006 - Sep 2009 --- on student visa to Australia (university degree completed successfully)
Oct 2009 - Dec 2014 --- lived in Australia illegally without visa
At the end of January 2015 --- landed in India
--- my passport holds student visa stamp gets expire in December 2012. I did not apply for renewal due to lack of valid visa. ---
In January 2015 I presented myself to Australian Immigration (AI) office to depart Australia permanently. AI granted my request and let me go by myself. So rather than getting deported I left Australia voluntarily, on called Emergency Certificate issued by Indian Embassy and Bridging visa E issued by AI.
After I landed in India I applied for new passport to passport office and now have valid passport without any restrictions. But in doing this I had to file an affidavit to passport office stating above timeline from 2006 to 2015.
My Questions ---
(1) Now I come to know from internet that overstaying in Australia on student visa will not make any problem (saying no negative effect on character) in terms of applying for Express Entry program to Canada, Is this True?
(2) What if i lodge Express Entry file as --
Apr 1998 - Apr 2001 --- Bachelor of Commerce
May 2001 - currently working --- on my NOC listed profession
Will above documentation make CIC/province to crosscheck my passport history/entries with my local passport office, since I will not be attaching my old passport (which has Australian student visa stamp) with my application? (pls remember that my new passport has no restriction on that whatsoever, apart from stating old passport number on last page. That old passport number is there as part of standard procedure.)
(3) What if i lodge Express Entry file as --
