I am a Computer Teacher with 1.5 years of experience in a private vacational (coaching) training institute. Am I eligible to apply for Canadian skilled worker immigration? Is it on 38 high demand occupations list

Yes,

You can apply but your duties must meet the responsibilities to the occupation listed. Your occupation in list is Computer Training Instructor.

Please goto www.cic.gc.ca and refer to immigration section and then self assessment section. You will be in a better position to decide. And also google operational manual for FSW and read it. It will give you all the information. If then have doubts, then you have this forum.

4131: College and Other Vocational Instructors is in 38 occupation list, make sure that you match you main duties with main duties of 4131 NOC .
