So I am currently on my study permit which is valid until July 30 2024. But my course ends on April 28 so the study permit expires that day too and after which I will have to apply for my PGWP. I want to leave back home in May because of a personal situation and apply for PGWP from there. My question is, can I apply for my TRV now which has already expired, and then incase my PGWP doesn't arrive by July, can I come back to Canada based on the TRV I apply now and on PGWP applied status? Please help!
