Apply PR, need advise

Hi

I m currently in USA last 1 year and basically from India . I can apply from USA only.
Can anyonce tell me how to obtain PCC from Indida as I am not available there. Second thing how to apply PCC in US also from FBI.

I am applying with my family so do i require PCC for my family also or not?

You will need to contact your local police station in India for the same. As far as U.S. PCC, go to the federal bureau website and it will have information regarding the clearance certificate. You can call them help too. They are pretty helpful.

I am planning to apply for cic as skilled worker class.My husband and i almost getting 67-68 points. but still some doubt whether we will get approved or not .pls let me know can we apply separately ,if any one approved then fine ?
My question is can we apply separately

I am not sure. I prefer not to apply both at same time when one's application is in process.
