I recently applied for the Rural renewal stream and My work permit expires in 5 months and I may lose the job I have as the processing time for the Rural renewal stream is 6 months. It is published on the website that I can apply for a 204(c) Letter of Support if I still have the job offer letter.
I spoke to my HR and she said we can provide a conditional offer letter saying, if i get my visa they will give me back my position.
I need to obtain 204(c) Letter of Support from the AAIP officer, but to obtain 204(c) Letter of Support from the AAIP officer, it says in need to have a job offer!
So my question is,
1. Is the conditional job offer as mentioned before fine for me to get the 204(c) Letter of Support from the AAIP officer?
