I just finally submitted my application for Permanent Residence via Entry Express (hourray). I currently reside in Canada (Ontario) and I am still waiting for an employer-specific work visa that I applied for 4 months ago (through Francophone mobily). I am very eager to not be in implicit status any more so I would like to apply for BOWP as soon as possible. I received an Acknowledgment of Receipt letter that says that I can apply for it.
Can I apply for another work permit while the previous one has not been approved yet? Should I withdraw the previous work permit application afterwards?
