answer to following EE questions

I have my Masters in Electrical Engineering from USA assessed from WES,

They have following questions in express entry form:

Was----------- awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?

Yes or No.

So since I have WES evaluation do I need to say YES for my express entry profile.
Also have MS in Electrical Engineering and BE electronics engineering, should I put applied science as field of study.

No. You do not have a Canadian degree

And if you answer No, only then will you be asked if you had an ECA done for it.
