My wife has been nominated by Alberta under AINP Express Entry stream. In the process we have submitted original IQAS ECA certificate and only have a soft copy at the moment.
We are expecting an ITA any day now and the concern is whether an original IQAS certificate will be required by IRCC at any point?
Please note we got the ECA done last year in September and we applied for a duplicate in March 2019 and still not recieved. They claim they have sent it the very next day but no tracking number has been given.
What can we do in this case?
