hi.. i'm from mauritius,currently i'm studying in uk for the last 3 years..if i want to apply for a student permit for canada,,can i apply to the canadian embassy which is in london????

thx for the reply,, last year i was trying to go to canada as a visitor,, but they refused it..that's why i'm scare they refuse it again??? to you have any suggestion???
