I am an experience restaurant manager (5 years) from Ireland who is moving to Canada in a few months time. I have noticed that there are some other qualifications that you must have if you wish to work in the industry in Toronto - e.g. Smart Serve certificate and Food handlers certificate.
Is there anyone out there that has received these certificates and can you tell me if they are necessary or not in getting a good job within the industry?
