We received the passport request a few days back and the address listed was a PO box number in Ottawa. But FedEx will not deliver to PO box. We have emailed them with this issue, but would like to hear from any of the forum members who might have faced this issue. We searched the forum and found another address being mentioned: 365 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1L1
Has anyone used this as an alternative to the PO box address for express entry passport requests? I wonder if the second address is only for processing visitor visa or something, and not for PR applicants.
