Hi to all,
I send black and white photocopy of passport, experience certificates , marksheets and other supporting documents for me and my spouse, depandent child. is it ok? I not seen in guide or anywhere that they need black and white copy or color copy....
please suggest me that will be accepted by CIO Sydeny.

Black & white is very fine.

I am not sure you have to send mark-sheet to CIO sydney for eligibility.

No supporting documents should be submitted at 1st stage of CIO Sidney application. Refer to CIC link below, which states:

"Use the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) to assist you in gathering the necessary documentation for submitting your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO), which is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Note: Only the documents in this checklist should be submitted to the CIO. If your application is recommended for processing at a Visa Office, you will be required to submit a copy of your application to that office with a complete set of documents described in the Visa Office specific requirements."
